Founder, veterinarian, and search and rescue EMT, Stacey Thomas encountered many situations on the trails of Colorado in which well-meaning pet parents found themselves in the terrifying predicament of their dog getting injured in the backcountry and having no knowledge of what to do or the right gear to help them. 

As a veterinarian passionate about both the outdoors and animal rescue, Dr. Stacey is helping others just like you learn the skills necessary to keep yourdogssafe so they can keepyouwild. 

The online K9 First Responder course will equip you with the knowledge your dog relies on you to have and the peace of mind of knowing you're prepared.  The gear we carry in our store is gear that we use on our adventures with our dogs so, you can rest assured that it's gear we trust.  And, since our mission is to make adventure accessible to all dogs, 10% of all sales go to our 501c3, non-profit, Far Fetched Charities, where we help provide wheelchairs to handicapped dogs and cats in shelters and provide free spay, neuter, and wellness clinics in underserved areas throughout the United States and beyond.
